  1. Q: Why would I use the Business Ready Plan?
    A: The Business Ready Plan is ideal for small businesses who want to get up and running quickly. Our team handles the hard parts for you ensuring you can focus on getting your site content and products ready for your customers.
  2. Q: You say you will install my logo for me. Do I just send this to you?
    A: Yes! If you have a logo simply open a helpdesk ticket and attach the logo us and we will upload it onto your template for you.
  3. Q: Do you provide support for my store?
    A: Definitely! As a Business Ready customer you can access our support team through not only our helpdesk but also through our online Live Support system.
  4. Q: What hours is your support available?
    A: Our team can be accessed 24 hours a day Monday to Friday for technical assistance. And we are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for emergency site down issues.
  5. Q: Is the Business Ready Plan an open source or a hosted solution?
    A: It is both. We set everything up for you but you have full access to all of the files and have a full FTP account.
  6. Q: So being an open source solution can I make whatever changes I want to the code?
    A: Yes you can. We offer a highly functional package but there are possibly areas of your business that are unique to your requirements so you can get in under the hood and make whatever changes are needed.
  7. Q: What if I want to move the files to my own server. Are there any restrictions?
    A: All you need to do is purchase the Deluxe Pac and you can install the store to any Windows web server. We will provide the database for you in a format ready to be restored onto your new server.
  8. Q: Do I need to pay full price for the Deluxe Pac if moving to my own server?
    A: If you have held a Business Ready Plan account for more than 12 months you can purchase the Deluxe Pac for 50% off the full price!
  9. Q: Can I change from the Business Ready Plan to a standard VP-ASP hosting account?
    A: You certainly can! You just need to purchase the Deluxe Pac so you have a license. Same rules as above apply.
  10. Q: Can I cancel before 12 months are up?
    A: You certainly can cancel before 12 months are up but if you need any of the core operation files or your database you just need to purchase a copy of the Deluxe Pac and we will forward the files to you.
  11. Q: What about my payment gateway? Will you install the gateway for me?
    A: We certainly will. Provided your gateway is on our supported Payment Gateway partner list we will install the gateway for you. You do need to sign up with the gateway provider first though.
  12. Q: What is a payment gateway?
    A: A payment gateway allows you to take credit cards on your site in real-time. So when someone makes an order on your site the payment will be directed to your bank account without any intervention from you. PayPal and AuthorizeNet for example are payment gateways.
  13. Q: Do you charge a set up fee?
    A: A once-off Set Up fee of US$99 will be charged on top of the first month fee making the total first month invoice US$198. Each month thereafter you will be billed US$99.
  14. Q: I have an existing VP-ASP store on another hosting provider. Can you assist in bringing across my data?
    A: We certainly can! This can be done as part of the set up for you. Just let us know where your existing store is and we will bring your data and images across and upgrade them to the very latest Deluxe Pac software for you.
  15. Q: I use another shopping cart currently but want to bring my product data across to my new Business Ready store. Can you help with this?
    A: Definitely. We offer a migration service if needed for those customers coming to us from other cart solutions. Just post a ticket in our helpdesk and our team can provide a quote for you.
